Meet Joy
Joy Harlow is a transportation specialist and the owner of Paradise Tours and Transportation Services.
After relocating to the Sunshine State in 2016, Joy developed a real appreciation for the beauty of the area and all it has to offer. She put her MBA to work and started Paradise Tours and Transportation Services.
A touring and travel buff, Joy uses her company to pass her knowledge and experiences to others. Through her tour services in Tampa Bay, she is able to share her love for the community with locals and area visitors alike.
Joy, a community supporter and a former business professor at Oakland City University, invites you to experience beautiful Tampa Bay and the excellent services and professionalism she offers.

Meet Dr. Stark
Dr. Brandy Stark serves as one of the main tour guides for Paradise Tours and Transportation Services.
Dr. Stark moved to St. Petersburg, Florida in 1992, where she started her career in higher education.
With degrees ranging from undergraduate to PhD in the fields of Religious Studies, Liberal Studies, Humanities, Classics, History, and Education, she often found inspiration from the her studies of the human condition.
She is currently faculty at St. Petersburg College and a working artist who utilizes subjects of supernatural and mythical origin to draw the past to the present while also eliciting a sense of wonder, happiness, or mystery in each work.
